DIGITAL PRODUCTS (Planners & Templates)

Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once the file has been downloaded. We do not offer refunds or exchanges on digital downloads. If you experience a technical issue with your download, please contact us at [ваш email] and we'll help resolve it.

PHYSICAL PRODUCTS (Jewelry)

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for jewelry items that are unused, in original condition, and in original packaging. To start a return, contact us at [ваш email]. Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or defective items: If your jewelry arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
